Ms. Tutino is a trial attorney. She graduated from the University of California, Davis and earned her Juris Doctor Degree & Public Interest Law Certificate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, Ms. Tutino was recognized as a leader because that’s who she is. Ms. Tutino served as Criminal Law Society President as well as the Social Justice & Public Interest Committee Chair Member for the Student Bar Association. Additionally, she was a member of the Moot Court Criminal Procedure & National Competition Team and won First Place for writing the best legal brief at the National Criminal Procedure Competition.

Ms. Tutino got her start at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office as an intern in 2015 and worked as a Deputy District Attorney in San Joaquin County and Sacramento County. While working for the San Joaquin County D.A.’s Office, Ms. Tutino received a “DART” award for her performance in the courtroom. Ms. Tutino has personally handled hundreds of adult and juvenile misdemeanor and felony cases.
